ORDERS & SHIPPING FAQ:

Color and Sizing Discrepancies:

-Product color variants may occur due to digital photography and lighting discrepancies. We all interpret color differently. 

-Colors can vary by style.

-Sizing charts are provided by our vendors, and can vary across products. Please refer to this sizing chart where applicable. 

 

What is my order status?

Please reference your confirmation email. We send emails once orders are placed, shipped, and delivered. You can also track your order via the "Track my Order" button on the bottom of this page. 

Can I modify my order once it’s placed?

No, you can not modify any order once it is placed. We are a small team and unable to guarantee any modifications. Please refer to our return policy for further guidance, and thoroughly review your cart before checkout.

Why am I paying taxes for an online store?

We are required to charge sales tax per each state’s guidelines, the tax rate will be applied to your order and is the combined state + local rate for the shipping address listed.

Can I stack promo codes?

No, you can only use one promo-code at a time. You can use e-gift cards and promo cards together.

How long until my order ships?

We process and ship all orders the next business-day, EXCEPT for Fedex Priority Overnight orders which we ship same day including weekends (if placed before 12pm PT). 

During holidays, our processing times may vary and we will notify you of any delays.  Please follow our social media pages @scottsdale_shop for the most up to date information on shipping speeds. 

What happens if my package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged?

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. You must contact our customer care team within 24 hours to report any issues and provide supporting documentation of any damages. We utilize Route Package Protection at check-out to provide insurance for lost packages, for more information please contact http://route.com/

How much does shipping cost?

USPS Ground Shipping is FREE on all orders of $150+ and automatically taken at checkout. 

We offer a variety of other options to select from: 

  • Fedex Express Saver (2-3 Business Days): $19 
  • Fedex Priority Overnight - Includes WEEKEND SHIPPING - Delivers by 12pm the following day (must place you order by 12pm PT): $99
  • Fedex Standard Overnight - Delivers next business day by 8pm (must place your order by 12pm PT): $79
  • USPS - Express (1-2 Business Days): $24.99
  • USPS - Ground (5-10 Business Days): $7.99
  • USPS - Priority (3-5 Business Days): $14.99
